Drake & 21 Savage Reveal They Helped Each Other With Lyrics On Their ‘Her Loss’ Album
With all the conversations going on from their joint album “Her Loss”, Drake & 21 savage recently sat down where they discussed how it was working together and even admitting to helping each other out with some bars!
21 savage mentioned how he knows how to rap, but it was the structuring and cadence that made it much better.
He states “I ain’t gone cap, Drake wrote some of my verses on this album. These facts. You know what I’m sayin’. I don’t give a f* what a person has to say. Drake helped me with some of my verses on this album.”
The conversation also went on to talk about Drake being accused of having ghost writers and how he deals with “allegations” like that.
He stated “obviously, I think I let it affect me more than it should’ve because I know the work that I put in. Ultimately, one of the most intense conversations I ever had was with somebody where I’m like, ‘Yo, why is it always us doing for you?
Then, like this whole generation. The hood, the street people that you claim you love, or this or that. I don’t like that one-sided stuff, you know? It just feels, like, weird.”
“Feels like all we do is give with energy, performances, songs, writing, whatever and then what? What’s left for us?” he added.
