Kanye West Declares He’s Running For President In 2024
Kanye West To Run For President In 2024, Kickstart Campaign With $20 Old Repurposed Balenciaga Clothes
Kanye West has officially revealed his intention to run for president in the 2024 US presidential election.
The rapper and business mogul said he is “working on the campaign” with right wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos, according to a video published on Sunday by the celebrity gossip website X17.
“Thanks, I accept,” Yiannopoulos says in the video when asked if that’s an official announcement. The pair then wander inside Ye’s offices, where he shows off a plethora of “Ye 24” merch, including hoodies and sweatpants, which he says will all cost a mere $20.

“Everything we do is gonna cost $20,” Kanye said while showcasing a variety of hoodies that he said were “cut” from clothing used in his defunct partnerships with Balenciaga, Gap and adidas.
“We need to make sure that everyone can receive the same level of cuts, the same level of food, the same level of water, the same level of education…we’re getting past the past. We’re focused on the future.”
He continued: “This is the update. We are the update. That’s all we need to do. As a species, we need to update together. Everything’s been so divisive. Think about when they say ‘diversity’ — people look at that like it’s a good thing, but we’re the United States of America. We’re a universe. We’re a university. We’re a republic.”
Kanye West previously ran for president in 2020, although he conceded in November of that year after garnering roughly 70,000 votes across 12 states.
