Kanye West’s Yeezy Company Evicted From LA Offices Over Unpaid Rent
Kanye West’s Yeezy company is reportedly facing eviction from its Los Angeles offices. According to Radaronline, the building’s owner has accused Ye of owing at least two months of rent.
Newly filed court documents obtained by the news site state that CT Calabasas – the office building’s owner — accused Kanye’s Yeezy Apparel of owing $63,254 for the two months in backed-up rent.
It was said that CT Calabasas asked Kanye to cough up everything in full. If he did not within 72 hours, he would face eviction from the property.

Four years ago, Kanye West moved the headquarters of his Yeezy brand into a new studio in Calabasas, California, which was beautiful. Local designer Willo Perron gave the space a bare aesthetic celebrating “utilitarianism and brutalism”.
“Within three days after service of this notice on you, you must pay the amount of said rent in full or quit said premises and deliver up possession of the same to the authorized agent for your landlord,” the eviction notice, filed Tuesday, read.
“If you fail to pay or quit, legal proceedings will be instituted against you for possession of the premises, forfeiture of the agreement, and for monetary damages, as may be allowed by law,” the notice continued per the outlet.
“You are further notified that by this Notice the Landlord elects to and does hereby declare a forfeiture of said Lease if said rent is not paid in full within three (3) days.”
