GloRilla’s Driver Arrested For Gun Possession

Buzzing female rapper GloRilla is currently in the news after her driver was busted for gun possession while she was performing with Cardi B in New York City.

As per TMZ, the NYPD arrested her driver during her performance at Irving Plaza for gun possession. The driver, whom police identified as Cameron Blackmon, reportedly set off a metal detector inside the venue.

However, NYPD caught up with him in a Suburban with two semi-automatic pistols. Police arrested Blockmon during this time on criminal possession of a firearm, ammo, and a switchblade, in addition to a ticket for parking the vehicle in a neutral zone in front of the venue. 

Meanwhile GloRilla had New York City’s finest in the building for her tour stop. Buzzing up-and-comer, Lola Brooke, took shots with GloRilla before emerging on stage to perform “Don’t Play With It.”

The major surprise came towards the end of the night when she brought out Cardi B to perform “Tomorrow 2.” We’ll keep you posted on anymore updates surrounding Blockmon’s arrest.

Gloria Hallelujah Woods (born July 28, 1999), known professionally as GloRilla, is a rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. She rose to prominence after releasing her 2022 song “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” (with Hitkidd), which was nominated for Best Rap Performance at 65th Annual Grammy Awards.

Woods’ single “Tomorrow 2” (featuring Cardi B), reached the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100. Her single “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” gave rise to a remix featuring Latto and JT of City Girls.
