Charges Dropped Against 6ix9ine Gym Attacker
One of the men arrested in connection with the gym attack on rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine at an LA Fitness In Miami, is a free man after the charges aginst him were dropped.
Anthony Maldonado will not face charges.
Rafael Medina Jr., and Octavious Medina remain behind bars. The members are reportedly from the Latin Kings gang. Authorities say Medina is president of the Palm Beach County Chapter.

The incident was caught on camera and Tekashi 6ix9ine – whose real name is Daniel Hernandez – was seen on the ground, being kicked and beaten.
Once employees at the LA Fitness gym sauna heard the disturbance, the attackers left and local police were called, with Tekashi 6ix9ine taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance
Tekashi 6ix9ine spoke out about the attack in a news interview. “For me, it was tough to watch because it was so unexpected. It’s cowardly. When I look at it, I just see hate, right? Imagine being someone who doesn’t know someone from a hole in the wall,” he told NBC Miami.
“I’ll give you an example: today is the first day that I meet you, I don’t know you from anywhere, I could have heard something about you that I may have an opinion on, but I don’t know you to hate you.”
