A Lawyer I Young Thug Trial Tells The Judge He’s “cappin’” During Proceeding – Video

Young Thug has had one of the most interesting runs in hip hop history. A mixtape rapper, Thug dropped “Stoner” and then became a mainstream star. Back then, Thugger was on Gucci Mane’s 1017 Brick Squad label.

The song was released late in the summer of 2013. After that, the song became a hit in time for summer 2014.

Young Thug is currently facing life in prison. Instead of being credited as a businessman, his YSL label is accused of being a front for a street gang. Thug’s own lyrics have been used against him in trial.

As a result, the emotions are high. This morning, Thug was back in front of the judge. During the discussion with the judge, Thugger’s lawyer Justin Hill, openly expressed frustration. Not only did he accuse the judge of lying, he told him he was “cap.”

Hill was in court Monday when he was accused by Fulton County Superior Court Chief Judge Ural Glanville of not making a formal assertion before court started.

Although it was deemed a moot point, Hill stood his ground and basically told the judge he’s an honorable fibber as the case proceeded.

Outside the courtroom, Hill, who represents YSL member Damone Blalock aka Bali, doubled down on his choice of words. He told reporter George Chidi he felt misrepresented during the proceedings, and using the word “cap” perfectly defined the moment.
