XXXTentacion’s Killer Gets Reduced Sentence After Taking Plea Deal
Robert Allen, A Florida man who testified against his three former friends in the trial of XXXTentacion ‘s killers, will spend just two years in prison for cooperating with law enforcement and testifying against his friends in court.
Circuit Judge Michael Usan sentenced Robert Allen to seven years in prison, with credit for the five years he has already spent at the Broward County jail.
Allen will not be off the hook after his two years are over. For his crimes, he will spend 20 years on probation. Allen pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and armed robbery.

Allen, 27, pleaded guilty last year to second-degree murder and testified earlier this year against Michael Boatwright, 27, Dedrick Williams, 27, and Trayvon Newsome, 25. All three men were convicted of first-degree murder in March and sentenced to life in prison.
XXXTentacion was shot and killed in Miami in June of 2018. He was 20 years old.
