Court Documents Reveal Tory Lanez & DaBaby Tried To Rush Meg While She Was Performing On Stage

With Tory Lanez’ sentencing scheduled for next week, more details are coming out in regards to why prosecutors are pushing for him to be sentenced to 13 years in prison.

According to court documents, Tory’s attempts to harass Meg after the shooting exceeded far beyond the jabs he made in his songs and music videos.

If you can recall, there was a huge issue when rapper DaBaby decided to let Tory join his Rolling Loud set in 2021. At the time, Meg was under a protective order, and because she was performing, Tory was not to be within 100ft of her.

However, this little bromance onstage is not one of the reasons why prosecutors want Tory to get 13-years. It’s what allegedly happened after their performance. Prosecutors say Tory and DaPTCruiser tried to rush the stage while Meg was performing.

“It was brought to the victim’s attention that the defendant and DaBaby attempted to rush the stage during her performance. In no way was the victim previously aware of nor did she consent to the defendant’s presence at the venue when she would be performing,” they explained.

Meg was shaken up and DaBaby has since apologized for his treatment of Meg during that time. He previously retweeted a post mocking her about the event.

He also alleged that he slept with her in a song titled “boogeyman.” Meg has paid him dust since then. As for Tory, we’ll have to wait to see what his fate is.
