Gunna Loses Weight Following Release From Prison
Gunna has been seemingly blackballed and now treated like an out criticized following his release from prison in December 2022 after entering an Alford plea.
The plea allows a defendant to maintain their innocence, but acknowledge that pleading guilty is in their best interest, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
As part of his plea, the rapper confirmed that YSL was both a music label and a gang, and that members or associates of YSL committed crimes on the gang’s behalf, statements which many deemed as incriminating.

However, it appears Gunna has lost weight following his release from jail. The Atlanta rapper shows off his incredible transformation in a picture that’s now gone viral on social media.
“Nigga tryna change his identity,” someone joked. “He ain’t eat shit without that lean. He on a cheese diet,” another person wrote.
Gunna has always denied snitching on his YSL crew even though he was filmed admitting it was a gang while accepting an Alford plea.
“While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have not made any statements, have not been interviewed, have not cooperated,” he said in a statement following his release from jail.
