Jamie Foxx Rep Shuts Down Rumors COVID Vaccine Caused A Blood Clot In His Brain

A rep for Jamie Foxx has shot down reports that Foxx’s ongoing health issues stem from a COVID vaccination he was forced to get for a movie.

Rumors swelled that after getting the vaccine, Foxx suffered a blood clot leaving him “partially blind and paralyzed.”

But Foxx’s representative issued a statement to NBC News calling the source’s account “completely inaccurate.”

The news of Foxx’s illness was shared on Instagram by his daughter, Corinne Foxx. At the time, she wrote that her father “experienced a medical complication yesterday,” in the Instagram post.

Rumors then circulated that his health had taken a nosedive and that his family was saying their goodbyes.

That prompted his daughter Corinne Foxx, 29, to speak out on May 12.

“Sad to see how the media runs wild. My dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support,” she shared in an Instagram story. “We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!”
