Kim Zolciak Slapped With Target Lawsuit, Reportedly Owes 4 Figure Debt

Kim Zolciak is in some more financial trouble again! The former RHOA star is reportedly being accused of refusing to pay her $2.4k monthly bill.

According to documents obtained by Radar, Kim opened the account back in 2007 but recently defaulted on payments.

The National Target bank revealed that the last payment made on the credit card was for $500 on September 17th, 2022.

The lawsuit reads “The defendant has failed, neglected, and refused to make payment upon the account of the plaintiff”. The lawsuit also demands that Kim pay the entire unpaid balance, which reportedly will grow with interest until then.

If y’all remember, Kim’s husband was recently just hit with a lawsuit as well over unpaid casino debt in the Bahama’s.

Biermann claims that she is distracted from caring for the kids and fails to “pay adequate attention to the children” due to her alleged gambling addiction.

“At times she has been so consumed with hitting the ‘spin’ button on the virtual slot machines that she fails to pay adequate attention to the children, except when she permits them to gamble on her account.”
