Man Sues BET For Promoting The Amber Rose & Joseline Hernandez Fight On The Series ‘College Hill’ & Now Showing It

A man is suing BET for promoting a fight between Joseline and Amber Rose, on the series ‘College Hill: Celebrity Edition’, and deciding after a few episodes that they wouldn’t be showing the highly anticipated scene.

Law graduate, James Camper, claims that the only reason he subscribed to BET Plus, an online subscription service, was to watch that particular show, after being drawn in from the shows spicy trailer and other promotions.

As mentioned, BET decided mid way into the season that they wouldn’t show the fight between Amber and Joseline “out of respect for all parties.”

James claims he was deceived by BET, claiming the company knew they weren’t going to show the fight but made a profit off of it in the end from the amount of people tuning in to the series, and the people who subscribed solely for that show.

James wants a cool $2 million from the company for false advertising.

It’s important to note that along with BET, Paramount Global, and the production company, This Way Out Media LLC are listed in the suit as well.

“I hope he wins for all of us,” someone commented. “I’m happy somebody did it,” another person wrote. “Class action lawsuit cause I subscribed for the BS too,” someone else added.
