Chicago rapper Boss Top has been sentenced to 5 years in prison for felony gun charges. Back in 2016, Boss Top held on $1 million bail following home invasion arrest.
Boss Top was booked at the time on home invasion and firearm charges.
Boss Top (Born Tyree Davis) is a rapper from Chicago Illinois. Boss Top, like many of his peers such as Chief Keef and Lil Durk, is part of the drill movement which tends to bring out the harsh life in the streets to CDs.

Boss Top often add ‘O’Block’ after his name, that’s because he’s a Black Disciples gang member, and one of their territories adopted the nicknamed ‘O’Block’ in honor of one of their fallen members named Odee Perry.
Boss Top has a couple of songs out, his most popular songs are “Hell Naw”, “Awe Sh*t”, “30 Choppaz”, and “All My N*ggas” among others.
On December 27, 2013, Fredo Santana made the announcement on his Instagram page that Boss Top was officially a member of his record label “Savage Squad Records” which includes rappers such as SD, Cdai, and Gino Marley.
Boss Top, who was once a protege of Chief Keef, engaged in a heated feud with Keef back in 2014. At one point in the feud, he threatened Keef and various members of his crew in an Instagram post, which featured Top with a gun resting on his lap.
