Gillie Da Kid Buries 25 Year Old Son YNG Cheese Today In Philadelphia

YNG Cheese was the victim of a triple shooting in Philadelphia on Thursday (July 20), on the 5800 block of Mascher Street in the Olney neighborhood at 8:24 p.m.

A 25-year-old man was shot once in the back and taken to the hospital by police, and was pronounced dead at 8:39 p.m.

A 28-year-old man and a 31-year-old man were also shot and taken to the hospital, with both men being placed in stable condition.

Police said one of the victims ran to a nearby home and 10 spent shell casings were found at the scene. No arrests were immediately made and no weapons were recovered.

Meek Mill, Freeway and more were among a group of artists who gathered to support Gillie Da Kid as he continues to grieve the loss of his son, Devin Spady.

While Gillie’s cousin and Million Dollaz Worth of Game co-host Wallo thanked everyone for their support during these trying times. “Thank you everyone who came through these few days to show big cuzz love,” Wallo added. “The hugs, laughs, support means everything!”
