Judge Says Chris Brown’s Former Housemaid Must Get A Mental Evaluation

A judge has sided with Chris Brown regarding a dog attack on his former housemaid. If you can recall, the woman sued Chris, who she says ignored her screams as she was being attacked.

She alleged that while she was still on the ground, Chris instructed his team to remove all the dogs from the home before police arrived. But Chris painted a different story to the judge.

Chris says the maid provoked the dog. He alleged that she had teased, abused, and mistreated the animal.

“[Doe] invited the injuries now complained of and assumed the risk of them with full knowledge of the magnitude of that risk, in that she knew her foregoing conduct might cause the dog to attack her, and seriously injure her, both of which events are alleged to have occurred,” his response read.

Chris says his legal team has made multiple attempts to schedule a medical/mental evaluation for the former maid but she never responded. She did, however, request $71 Million for her medical expenses and emotional distress.

A judge has now ordered the maid to undergo an evaluation. The case is still ongoing.
