1990s hip hop legend and radio personality Monie Love is getting married … for the third time. And for all those wondering, yes, she’s marrying a man.

Her new fiance decided to propose to the lovely rapper, after she performed at Rock The Bells yesterday.

Monie blew up on the hip hop scene in the 1990s, and developed a close bond with Queen Latifah. Many suspect that their relationship became romantic during those years.

But since then, Monie Love has transitioned from hip hop star, to radio personality. She’s been a top radio DJ for nearly a decade and currently afternoons at “KISS 104.1” WALR in Atlanta.

Movie Love is a British rapper, actress, and radio personality known for her singles during the late 1980s through the 1990s.

Love is a radio personality for urban adult contemporary station KISS 104.1 WALR-FM in Atlanta, Georgia. Love is a two-time Grammy Award nominee, making her the first British female hip hop artist to hold that distinction.

Movie Love has long been rumored to be gay – but she’s not. The lovely radio personality has four children, and she has been married twice – both times to men.
