Blac Chyna Demands Child Support From Tyga & Asks For Joint Custody

Blac Chyna has finally decided to put one of her baby daddies on child support.

According to The Blast, Chyna filed legal papers against Tyga for the rapper to start child support payments to help out with their son King, 10.

Chyna has publicly stated in the past that she didn’t have neither Tyga or Rob Kardashian on child support for her two kids. Now though, it seems like she’s had a change of heart because she has filed a “petition to determine the parental relationship” against Tyga.

The document states, “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”

Which means Chyna did ask for a certain amount, but it has not been disclosed the public yet.

In the filing, Chyna also asks the court to order “joint custody” of their child to be split between the two. She even included details of the current living situation and what she calls what should be done for the “best interest of the child.”

Sometimes back, the socialite took to Twitter to tell the world that her baby daddy Tyga loves trans women. “Tyga loves Trans, me 2 (with a lips emoji). A second tweet reads, “Tell the truth @Tyga!!”
