Britney Spears Is Reportedly Considering Reconciling With Her Father

Britney Spears is reportedly considering repairing her relationship with her father, Jamie Spears.

Britney and her dad have not been on good terms since she took him to court to end her 13-year conservatorship.

The singer had reportedly already patched things up with her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, and her mother. TMZ was the first to break the story.

Sources with direct knowledge tell the media outlet that since Britney’s split with Sam Asghari 3 weeks ago, Britney has been saying she wants to repair the relationship with her dad.

She knows Jamie has been ill — in and out of the hospital for months, and doesn’t want the regret of waiting too long. Jamie is going under the knife again Friday, where doctors will mess with the metal in his knees and try to clear the infection.

Through it all, he’s lost more than 25 pounds and is extremely thin. “He was the only man who kept her in check,” a fan commented.

“Britney is trying to prove she can control herself and assets but more and more she is proving she needs the proper people overlooking her whole life,” another person wrote.
