Eva Marcille & Husband Michael Sterling Agreed Not To Receive Spousal Support

It’s finally over between Eva Marcille and Michael Sterling as their divorce is now finalized.

According to Radar Online, the former couple’s divorce was settled on August 3rd where Eva agreed to not receive any alimony or spousal support, but will retain the million-dollar home the two previously shared.

Back in May, Eva filed for divorce on the basis that their marriage was “irretrievably broken” without any hope for reconciliation.

In addition, Michael also agreed to not accept any alimony or spousal support and Eva will not be placing Michael on child support either.

They both worked out their custody agreement privately and were awarded their individual bank and retirement accounts.

We recently reported on fans concern about Eva Marcille’s scary weight loss. According to one of Eva’s friends, she weigh less than 100 pounds – and extraordinarily low weight for a woman as tall as Eva – she’s 5′ 7″.

“Eva has always had body issues, especially after she had her children. She started dieting, and now it’s out of control. She’s so skinny that she’s fragile, and you can see the bones in her face,” an insider said.
