We previously reported that G-herbo has agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and making false statements and is expected to serve five years in prison.
The potential plea consists of the Chicago rapper spending five years in prison and then supervised release for three years after that.
Herb also had to pay a $250,000 fine, a mandatory special assessment of $100; restitution; and forfeiture to the extent charged in the agreement.

According to new reports reaching us at Dreddsworld on Herbo’s case, he’s been ordered to pay $140,000 in restitution to stolen credit card victims and fraud charges.
Defendant is responsible for nearly $140,000 in victim losses which he used to fund four private jet charters, a luxury villa in Jamaica and exotic car rentals.
He was charged in federal court along with rap promoter Antonio Strong, who fleeced individuals and business owners for more than $150,000 after renting private jets, luxury yachts, an island in Jamaica and buying pricey “teacup” puppies to raise G-Herbo’s profile and to advance his own career.
Prior, the Chicago cops arrested Herbo in connection with a gun bust. Law enforcement sources tell us Herbo was busted around 5:45 PM near North Wabash Avenue and East Ontario Street, where cops say they found a gun.
