Former ‘Teen Mom’ Star Jenelle Evans’ Son Jace Found Safe After Runaway Incident

The mother of teen mom Jenelle Evans says that she has become concerned for the well-being of her grandson. Barbra Evans, who had custody of 14-year-old Jace for a decade, believes that Janelle taking him off of his ADHD medication could be what led to his runaway incident.

Now, if you remember, we recently reported on a story about Jace reportedly going missing and being listed as a runaway.

Fortunately, since then, Jace has been found safe. However, Barbara thinks this is just the beginning of a downward spiral. Jace was reportedly put on medication 7 years ago, and was regularly seeing a behavior specialist for the condition which Barbara claims had seemingly been working well for the teen.

Barbara revealed that when Jenelle regained custody of Jace, back in March, not only did she take him off the medication, but she also ended his sessions with the behaviorist.

Jenelle denied Barbara’s claims about her relationship with her son. “Barbara has not been in contact with Jace since Monday. I have cut off contact with her as of 3 weeks ago,” she said.

“Barbara doesn’t have any idea what is going on inside my home. Jace had a therapist appointment today on zoom at 10:30am she hasn’t even attempted to speak to Jace directly.”

As of right now, Barbra says she isn’t looking to gain custody back of Jace and isn’t on speaking terms with Janelle. Barbra also believes that school is playing a part in her grandson’s behavioral issues.
