Again! Kroy Biermann Files For Divorce From Kim Zolciak

It appears reconciliation isn’t in the cards for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, as Kroy has filed for divorce against Kim again.

According to TMZ, the couple initially announced they were getting a divorce back in May and things went south quickly.

At the time, there were lots of accusations coming out from both parties before the coupled halted divorce proceedings last month.

However, it seems Kroy feels there’s still some issues amongst them and wants a divorce, stating that their marriage is “irretrievably broken.”

He also says he’s asking for a more “exclusive use” of their home, sole legal and sole physical custody of their four children, child support, and alimony.

Couple of weeks back, we reported that several 9-1-1 calls to police involving allegations of kidnapping and a stolen handbag were made – by Kim and Kroy.

Police have been summoned to their home on at least 5 occasions, since the two split up. According to Radar Online, on June 16th 9-1-1 was called five times – and police responded to the couple who exchanged a series of allegations against each other – all in front of their four innocent children ages, 12, 11 and 9-year-old twins.
