NBC’s Bravo Reality Stars Demand To Speak Out About Alleged Racism, Sexism & Revenge P*rn Reportedly Held Under Unlawful NDA

Bravo is not getting out of this mess anytime soon! If you remember, we previously reported that the network and its parent company, NBC, are facing a major lawsuit filed by its own reality stars who claim they’ve been subject to “grotesque and depraved mistreatment”. Attorneys Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos addressed NBC in a detailed letter.

Well, since then, the reality stars involved are now demanding the right to speak out as they want their voices heard! According to documents obtained by TMZ, several cast members are demanding the companies release them from what the lawyers call a draconian confidentiality agreement.

Attorney Freedman sent another letter to the companies, claiming the NDAs violate California law, which prohibits companies from forcing employees to sign NDAs prohibiting them from disclosing unlawful conduct.

In the letter, Freedman demands the companies come forward with vital information connected to their case which he requested previously, while warning them that they are not limited to violating RICO.

“NBCUnversial has two choices: lead by example or be forced into compliance,” it read. “We trust that NBCU will do the right thing… you are on notice that these non disclosure agreements are unlawful, as a result any further efforts to enforce them for the purpose of covering up misconduct will amount to willful violation of law.

As for the unlawful conduct that Freedman touched on, the companies are being accused of racism, sexism, sexual violence, revenge porn, child labor violations, forced intoxication, and psychological, emotional and physical abuse. The lawsuit also mentioned the companies manufacturing mental instability by plying cast members with alcohol while depriving them of food and sleep.

NBCU and Bravo have yet to release a statement following Freedman’s followup letter.
