Sam Asghari Demands Spousal Support & Attorney Fees From Britney Spears

Sam Asghari has reportedly filed for divorce from his wife Britney Spears after 14 months of marriage.

Before the news broke, TMZ reported that Asghari moved out of heir Calabasas home following a “nuclear” fight earlier this month.

Asghari then filed the divorce papers, citing “irreconcilable differences”. He’s asking for spousal support and his attorney fees to be covered. TMZ says during the huge fight, Sam accused Britney Spears of cheating on him.

“She’s adamant she didn’t cheat,” an insider told ET. “The two haven’t got along for a while and it finally came to an end after a major blowup.”

A second insider revealed the couple’s relationship has been rocky since they were married. “Their issues tend to get worse when they are away from each other and spending time apart,” the source claimed.

“Britney has the tendency to feel like she isn’t being prioritized by Sam at times. Their arguments have led them to become unhappy at times in their relationship. They are also on different pages when it comes to their future as a couple, which has been a point of contention.”

Spears’ last Instagrams have been fashion and dance-focused. Asghari posted two weeks ago about his mother recovering from an accident and announced he would be taking a social media break.
