Trina Apologizes To Haitian Community Over Her Remarks During Argument With Haitian Artists

Female rapper Trina faced backlash this week, after she was spotted inside a Miami nightclub beefing with a group of women, who were of Haitian descent.

Trina got upset with the woman, and launched into an expletive laden tirade, where she referred to the women as “voo doo a** b**ches.”

That remark caused the Haitian community to blast the Love & Hip Hop star.

Well now Trina is backtracking on her comments, and apologizing to the Haitian community for using stereotypical slurs against them.

Trina claims that she was merely arguing with Haitian artist Florence El Luche, and her sister and friends. According to Trina, the argument was hyped up fro the Love & Hip[ Hop cameras, and will be a part of the new season of the show.

Trina claim that she meant no disrespect to the Haitian community, and even says that she has some Haitians in her family.

“I’m not ok with people going in on her for something she said to a group of people that she had a mutual problem with. Maybe she thought they were voodoo dusty broads that doesn’t equate to all Haitians unless they choose to wear the shoe. People just want to be mad about something,” a fan commented.
