Kim Zolciak is claiming Kroy Biermann’s latest divorce petition is for show and wants it gone. Why is that? Because they’re still bumping and grinding!
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum claimed they have been having sex consistently ever since he filed for divorce.
Zolciak says their last rendezvous was only on September 7. Although Biermann states their marriage is “irretrievably broken”, Zolciak calls bullsh*t because it can’t be broken if they’re still making love.

They’re allegedly still living in the same home as well. Biermann filed for divorce twice, with the most recent filing being on August 24. However, Kim could care less as she can be seen steadily wearing her ring.
