Judge Rules Tasha K Must Pay Cardi B’s $4 Million Settlement Despite Bankruptcy Claim

A judge has ruled that Tasha K will have to pay Cardi B the $4 million settlement.

Tasha K attempted to to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying Cardi’s coins but the judge wasn’t buying it and wants the vlogger to pay the full judgment.

“Defendant does not appear to dispute that the awards in the Amended Defamation Judgment made against her individually or jointly and severally are non-dischargeable,” Cardi’s attorney wrote.

According to the documents, Tasha claimed she had just $95 in her Chase bank account.

And a sum total of all her personal property – which includes purses, cars, clothes, engagement ring, business related properties etc., is just $58,595.56.

The blogger was ordered to pay Cardi nearly $4M in damages after she accused the rapper of having herpes, claims about her husband Offset, amongst other shocking allegations.

Cardi has already started collecting money from Tasha K.
