Lupita Nyong’o Spotted On A Date With Josh Jackson Following Split From Boyfriend

Actress Lupita N’yongo may be the latest African American actress in actor Josh Jackson’s life.

The Black Panther star went public with her boyfriend, sports commentator Selema Masekela, 52, in late 2022. But over the weekend, she announced their split, and suggested that Selena “betrayed” her.

Lupita revealed that she wanted to “share a personal truth and publicly dissociate myself from someone I can no longer trust”.

“I find myself in a season of heartbreak because of a love suddenly and devastatingly extinguished by deception. I am tempted to run into the shadows and hide, only to return to the light when I have regained my strength enough for me to say, ‘Whatever, my life is better this way.’ But I am reminded that the magnitude of the pain I am feeling is equal to the measure of my capacity for love,” she wrote.

Lupita continued, “And so, I am choosing to face the pain, cultivating the courage to meet my life exactly as it is, and trusting that this too shall pass.”

Not long after, Lupita was spotted out on a date with actor Josh Jackson.

Josh married actress Jodie Taylor Smith, 37, in 2019 after meeting at Usher’s 40th birthday party the year prior – and share one child, a daughter named Janie, born in April 2020. They recently split – however.
