Woman Who Accused Takeoff Of Sexual Assault Wants Judge To Make His Mother The Defendant Of Her Lawsuit
According to MyNewsLA.com, the woman who accused Takeoff of sexually assaulting her back in 2020 is asking a judge to allow his mother to serve as the defendant in her lawsuit now that the rapper has passed away.
Two years before Takeoff’s untimely death, a woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous, accused him of allegedly raping her at a party in L.A.
The woman claims Takeoff repeatedly made advances at her that she kept denying throughout the night. She then went to lay down in a bedroom, where Takeoff reportedly followed her and forced himself into her.

She originally filed the lawsuit in June 2020. Now that Takeoff is deceased, the woman wants the judge to make his mother, Titiana Davenport, the defendant. Davenport is currently the acting administrator for his estate.
A hearing to determine whether Davenport will be the new defendant is scheduled for February 2024.
On November 1, 2022, following a private party at 810 Billiards & Bowling in the GreenStreet commercial development part of Houston, Texas, Ball was shot multiple times in the head and torso.
Approximately 40 people had gathered outside the bowling alley after the party ended around 1:00 a.m. CDT, according to Houston’s KHOU-11 TV.
