Peter Thomas’ Miami Restaurant Lost Eviction Lawsuit Days Before His DUI Arrest
Neighbors, it looks like there might be a reason Peter “Dash” Thomas was arrested for a DUI. According to Radar Online, his Miami “Bar One” restaurant lost an eviction lawsuit just days before his arrest.
Per the report, December 26, a Florida judge granted a default judgment against Thomas’ bar/restaurant Bar One.
His restaurant was sued by its landlord for failing to pay rent. Peter reportedly told the landlord that he just needed some extra time to get the $505K but never followed through.

On December 26, the judge granted the landlord’s request to evict Bar One after Peter failed to send proof of a payment being sent.
The judge also ruled that the landlord can sue Peter for personal damages. Bar One opened in 2019 and stopped posting in October 2023. It’s important to note that many of Peter’s employees accused him of failing to pay them as well.
He was arrested Tuesday for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with expired tags, driving without a license, no proof of insurance, failure to maintain lane, and violation of a traffic control device.
We hope he can get it together.
