YFN Lucci Apologizes To Victim’s Family

YFN Lucci apologized to the family of murder victim James Adams and to his own family after he was sentenced to prison time after accepting a plea deal in his RICO trial.

“First off, I wanna say my heart goes out to my friend, James Adams, and his family,” Lucci said.

“Also, I wanna apologize to my family and my friends for putting them through this stressful process. I would also like to apologize to the court. That’s it.”

Lucci pleaded guilty to one count of violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. He initially faced multiple felony counts, including felony murder.

The prosecution proposed a 20-year sentence with 10 years to serve. Since he has served three years already, YFN Lucci will be eligible for parole in three and a half months.

Lucci gets time served because he surrendered to charges on Jan. 13, 2021. The state also agreed not to send a letter to the state’s pardon and parole board opposing his release.
