15-Year-Old Girl Who Had Head Slammed Into Concrete During High School Fight Was Suspended The Day Before For Fighting Another Student And Wasn’t Supposed To Be Near The School

We previously reported about an altercation involving two 15-year-old girls who attend Hazelwood High School in Missouri.

Video of the altercation shows Kaylee Gain’s head being slammed into concrete by the other teenage girl, resulting in a seizure. New developments have emerged, and paints a different story surrounding the incident.

According to a report by The NY Post, Gain wasn’t supposed to be near the school the day her head was slammed because she had been suspended from school for fighting the day before.

The lawyer for the 15-year-old who injured Gain, Greg Smith, says his client is being mischaracterized. “She had no violent history prior to her clash with Gain, and is an accomplished violin player and standout student,” he said in a statement.

“She is what you’d expect from a 15-year-old girl.” While it remains unclear whether Gain initiated the altercation, her parents have launched a GoFundMe campaign for her, raising close to $400,000! Gain is now in stable condition but it’s unknown if she regained consciousness.

Parents for the other jailed teen want her released from a juvenile detention center. They are “scared to death” of the case against her.

“They raised over $400k for her and she wasn’t even supposed to be near the school?? Wow,” someone commented. “Had she not been up there causing trouble it would’ve never happened in the first place,” another person wrote. “Unfortunately it sounds like this girl went looking for what she got,” someone else added.
