GloRilla Linked Up With Celebrity Hairstylist Jonathan Wright To Make Her Mullet

GloRilla recently linked up with celebrity hairstylist Jonathan Wright, for her new hairdo, a mullet. Wright, popularly known for being Megan Thee Stallion’s hairstylist, shared a video of the before and after of Glo’s hairdo on his Instagram page.

“Yeaaa Glooo No Competition theses Niggas Stail Hooo First Time doing a Mullet ate it up ” Jonathan wrote in the caption. “Really out here taking over.”

The result is so adorable and applaudable for someone trying a mullet for the first time. I’m pretty sure Glo won’t hesitate to visit him again for a redo. There’s been a lot of positive comments on the amazing video and it was even reposted on The Shade Room. Jonathan is actually great at what he does.

“Nah this mullet is fire on her,” someone commented. “Now this is the Mullet we like!! She actually look good with this style,” another person wrote. “I wish I had somewhere to go for that style,” someone else added.

Jonathan Wright has been styling hair for eight years, and he’s already racked up an impressive client list that includes Megan Thee Stallion, Keke Palmer, SZA, Blac Chyna and most recently GloRilla.

During an interview with Page Six, Wright said his clients don’t come to make their hair alone, but also for the conversation. “I’m like a therapist,” he said. “My clients cry all the time. It doesn’t matter if they are famous or not; when you get your hair done, you’re in a really calm state, so your emotions are really just open and raw.”

However, the 27-year-old hairstylist’s chair is a safe space. “I’m not a person that gossips,” Wright said. “I just wanna know how you really feel. You gotta be comfortable when you sit in my chair. We just gotta get to the real. When the conversation starts, it just tells me where to go to boost their confidence, and with that, we see where the hair starts.”
