One of fans’ favorite couples, DDG and Halle Bailey, are currently trending on social media following their dramatic reaction to their baby boy Halo saying his first word.

In a YouTube video that has since gone viral, the rapper and YouTuber recorded their son, Halo, saying his first words “dada.”

In the clip, DDG can be heard saying “dada” an easy way for newborns to pronounce “daddy,” the rapper repeated this several times before Halo could say the syllables. The overjoyed couple screamed in celebration almost scaring the baby with their dramatic reaction.

“He said it!” DDG wrote on the clip. The vide was reposted by The Neighborhood Talk and it’s since been garnering lots of reactions from fans. “He won’t say shit else the way they reacted,” someone commented.

“They bout done scared the guts out that baby gasping like that,” another person wrote. “He loves fatherhood. I love that for him,” someone else added. “They scared me and the damn baby,” a fourth user penned.

“All that talk about her ruining her career by getting pregnant with DDG. Meanwhile he is embracing fatherhood and more active than a lot of the naysayers baby daddies,” a fifth person added.

DDG made headlines over the weekend after he hilariously confronted baby Halo for scamming a fan out of $2,500. “Your mom is the little mermaid, she’s got money,” he said in the funny video.
