Michael Jackson’s Son Blanket Asks Judge To Block His Grandmother From Using Michael’s Estate Money In A Legal Battle
Michael Jackson’s Youngest Son Blanket, Attempts To Block His Grandmother Katherine From Using Michael’s Estate Money In A Legal Battle
Michael Jackson’s youngest son, Blanket Jackson, is asking a judge to block his grandmother from using Michael’s estate money for a legal battle Blanket believes is unnecessary.
According to TMZ, Blanket and Katherine Jackson teamed up to stop the executors of Michael’s estate from going through with a business transaction that neither of them agreed to.
There are no much details about the transaction, but it’s believed to be in connection to an attempt to sell Michael’s catalog for $600M. So, Blanket and Katherine filed an appeal for the transaction, but the judge ruled against them, seemingly closing the case.

However, it appears Katherine wasn’t taking no for an answer because she filed an appeal against the judge’s ruling, something Blanket, who is the heir to Michael’s estate, is not in support of.
Blanket Jackson doesn’t want to waste his father’s money on the legal fees because he believes she will not win the appeal. In the court documents obtained by TMZ, he is asking that Katherine not be allowed to use the money for this pointless lawsuit. As of this moment, the judge has yet to rule.
“Mike has not had a moment of peace yet. Not birth, not childhood, not adulthood, not superstardom, and not even in death,” someone commented. “He made history then let 3 white kids inherit it all. Just wild,” another person wrote.
“His kids be buggin remember Janet had to slap the sister,” someone else shared. “Blanket even though she wouldn’t have won the appeal Micheal would’ve wanted y’all to fight that shit he did not want people to own his music, especially Sony!” another user noted.
“That Catalog is worth BILLIONS!!! She’s fighting because she knows Michael was murdered for it! There would be no Michael Jackson without Katherine,” an Instagram user added.
