Tammy Rivera Says Her & Waka Flocka Are Still Legally Married Until Papers Are Signed

We previously reported that Waka Flocka Flame’s new girlfriend Big Mel and his ex Tammy Rivera are going at it online. It all started when Tammy shared a post on her Instagram story, seemingly shading Waka’s new girlfriend.

”No one can make me jealous over a seat I had first. You wouldn’t be sitting there if I didn’t get up,” the post on Tammy’s Insta story reads. Big Mel caught wind of the shade and decided to fire back.

“Being washed up and can’t let go of your past is crazy,” her own post reads. Mel then add her own message on the post, “This is the one cuz it’s giving jealous and bitter.” She also made another post that reads; “I’ll do anything 4 u if I love u. That’s why I gotta watch who I love.”

Well, Tammy is letting us all know that her and Waka are still legally married. She made this known after a fan shaded her on the situation. “She just wanted the girl to know they still talk. Becoming a side chick to a man you had first is very embarrassing,” the fan wrote.

“Sweetie we talked cause our daughter and to be honest we still legally married so we have to talk cause we have business that has to be handled together until them papers are signed! Grown ppl buisness,” Tammy responded to the fan.

She also clarified that her first post wasn’t about Big Mel and Flocka, and that it was taken out of context. “Man I’m just waking up it’s 9am over where I’m at. Waka we literally just talked about this this last night (your morning) ..Waka get her please for I hurt this lil girl feelings,” she wrote in response to Mel’s post.

“Oh btw that post wasn’t even about him nor you but hit dogs holla.. You f’king up your seat Sh ein Tammy,” Tammy added.
