Danileigh’s Brother Says He’s Been Having Trouble Serving DaBaby Lawsuit Papers Over Bowling Alley Beatdown, Wants Judge To Allow Him To Put It In A Newspaper

The Brother of DaBaby’s Ex-girlfriend, DaniLeigh, has a lawsuit against DaBaby that’s now been delayed after his inability to locate him! According to court documents acquired by RadarOnline, DaniLeigh’s brother Brandon Bills, requested permission to serve DaBaby using an alternative manner.

Bills requested that he be permitted to issue a notice in a local newspaper informing DaBaby of the lawsuit rather than presenting it to him directly. DaniLeigh’s brother earlier stated in December 2023 that he hired a private investigator to find and serve DaBaby.

The efforts were futile. Bills’ lawyer stated in his most recent motion that they have attempted to serve DaBaby since July 2023. The process server attempted addresses in North Carolina and California, but failed each time.

A judge has not yet ruled on Bill’s motion. Bills filed the complaint in February 2022 after an incident with DaBaby and his pals. DaniLeigh’s brother was at a Los Angeles bowling alley when DaBaby appeared. Bills accused the rapper of delivering the first punch. TMZ received a video of the incident, which showed the two battling on the slick bowling lanes.

DaBaby spoke out after the video of the incident went viral. The video was even captured on Zeus Network show, Baddies! He claimed his actions were done in self-defense and denied started the fight.

The altercation between Bills and DaBaby occurred months after DaniLeigh and the rapper’s bitter split. DaniLeigh was charged with assault following an encounter with the rapper in November 2021. Bills alleged that DaBaby’s conduct caused him physical and psychological harm, forcing him to spend money on medical expenses.

“Sir, your sister daughter be with her daddy all the time if it was that important you should have put it in the diaper bag,” someone commented. “Didn’t he come to where Da Baby was and started the fight I’m so confused lol,” another person wrote. “Sir, you wanted that smoke,” another person added.
