DeeBaby Was Not Shot And He Is In Good Shape, News Of Rapper’s Truck Being Shot Is False
We previously reported on a viral news that Houston-based rapper DeeBaby’s truck was shot up last night. Just in, his team has shut down the reports, clarifying that DeeBaby wasn’t shot and that he’s in a good shape.
The rapper’s label ceo Branch Baby, who handles bookings related to his shows, took to Instagram to share that the Rapper was safe and alive.
Branch Baby, also known as Springbranch Yaso, clarified that initial reports was false and that DeeBaby was not shot. “DeeBaby Good I Promise YALL We Just Woke Up,” he posted on the Meta-owned social platform.“Yall dry posted that about us we Good I promise whole APE ent was asleep,” he wrote in another post.

Earlier, it was previously reported on social media that DeeBaby got involved in a shooting incident that happened at Citgo gas station Monday and that he was apparently shot there. The reports went on to claim that the Rapper’s truck was ambushed leaving one unidentified person dead and one other in critical condition.
However, the news circulating online turned out to be false as DeeBaby was ‘Good’ and woke up the next day without any major injuries, confirmed his team member Branch Baby.
While it is not clear what exactly happened during the shooting at the Citgo gas station in Houston late Monday night. The police’s initial remarks suggested that an investigation was launched after four suspects entered the gas station and shot two unidentified males. Among the two victims, one was a Hispanic male.
The windshield of the Black SUV had multiple bullet holes. The identities of the victims were not disclosed by the Houston Police resulting in the circulation of rumors that DeeBaby was shot in the incident.
