Drake’s Artist Naomi Sharon Shares New Picture After She Was In The Studio

Back in January of 2023, Drake introduced Naomi Sharon as OVO Sound’s latest signee. The Caribbean-Dutch singer then went on to release a three-song EP in August of the same year.

And in October of 2023, Sharon dropped her debut album ‘Obsidian’. At the time, Drake commented on the 13-track project on his Instagram stories, simply saying “Finally…”.

Well, Sharon is currently trending and it has nothing to do with a new release. The singer recently shared a picture on her socials that has since gone viral. She took the picture after she was in the studio and fans have a lot to say about it.

The picture shows Naomi wearing a black dress, posing with her backside heavily on display. The photo was reposted by Daily Loud on X, and it has got tweeps thirsting.

“I see why drake signed her,” someone commented. “Wow I need to sign her from Drake She’s got a good back future,” another person wrote. “It’ll take the Holy Spirit to pull me outta her omg,” someone else added.

It was actually Drake who first noticed Sharon’s music and reached out to her via Instagram DMs, although Sharon admitted in an interview with NME she didn’t believe it at the time.

“I didn’t really believe it,” the singer told NME. “I took it seriously, but at the same time, like, ‘Yeah we’ll see.’ I didn’t realize that I was going to end up at OVO. They’re very easy-going at OVO, they were like, ‘Just make as many songs as you can and then we’ll figure it out.’ I was like, ‘No, I need a goal,'” she continued.

“I was planning to go to Toronto for three weeks to record a little bit, and I was already planning like, ‘They’re telling me not to go into album mode, but let’s do it. Let’s see if we can do an album in three weeks.’” Naomi added.
