Kai Cenat Exposes Female, Layla Red Cakes, For Breaking NDA & Will Be Suing Her For $100K

It’s no longer news that popular streamer Kai Cenat, was exposed by content creator Layla Red Cakes. She did so by sharing their text messages and some photos of her in bed with the streamer.

As we previously reported, Kai is now threatening legal actions and will be taking her to court over it. He has since denied Layla’s claims that he paid her $5K to have s* x with her. During his recent live stream, the Kai shared receipts by showing his Apple Pay transactions to prove he didn’t pay her the any $5k.

In one of his streams after Layla’s allegations, Kai reminded her that she signed an NDA which she’s since broken and he will be suing her for $100,000. “Do you not think that I know that I’m one of the biggest streamers and I’m not 10 steps ahead..?” Kai began before apologizing for snapping. “I’m 10 steps ahead of you.. okay.”

“First things first, shawdy, do you know what an NDA is? Let me go ahead and explain it to you. NDA is a non disclosure agreement which you signe Kierra Rush, you signed that Kierra Rush. You did and it protects me from everything that we’ve ever talked about.. it’s cool thought cause you let sh*t out right.”

He continued, “You’re a liar by the way,” he continued before accusing her of revenge p* rn after she shared pics of him sleeping b* tt n* ked online. “I’ve made it a duty to never be lied on again in my career. I may be dumb when I’m doing this streaming sh*t but I’m not a dumb n*gga for real.”

Kai then added that he recorded her while on call with voice 4k audio of her threatening him to post images for money. He then played the audio on stream. In his defense of recording her without her consent, Cenat says he lives in Georgia and not New York nor Vegas. He then shared a Georgia in-person conversation law that states:

“An individual can record in-person conversations where either the person is a party to the conversation or at least one of the participants has consented to the recording.”

Following Kai’s threats to sue her, Layla responded by calling him “Lil P Diddy Jr.” and accusing him of trying to sell her to one of his homies. “Oh we taking people to court, I already take you to court Lil P Diddy Jr. F*ck is you talking about, you try to sell me to one of your homies and all of that sh*t don’t forget .. I get all of that.. I have the receipts for that too..” she said.
