Kodak Black’s Drug & Tampering Case Has Been Fully Dismissed
Kodak Black’s Cocaine Case Has Been Fully Dismissed

The judge has just dismissed the remaining tampering charge against Kodak Black after previously tossing the drug possession charges, back in February, after the Florida rapper showed he had a prescription for the drugs.

In a statement to TMZ, Bradford Cohen, Kodak’s attorney, said; “The court recognized the valid arguments that were made to dismiss the last remaining count of this wrongful arrest.”

Bradford continued, “We are happy to see the case resolved and Kodak continue to be successful in both the entertainment world and his philanthropic ventures.”

The good news was also confirmed by Broward County State’s Attorney’s Office, revealing that the case is now over, aside from a traffic citation for double parking.

Kodak Black was released from jail after U.S. District Judge Jose E. Martinez granted the Florida rapper real name Bill Kapri, time served following a probation violation.

Kodak had a drug possession charge dropped back in February, which helped his case. Florida police arrested the “Super Gremlin” crooner after finding him asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle in December.

Authorities reportedly found a white substance around his mouth that they believed to be cocaine, but it ended up testing positive for oxycodone, which Yak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, later proved his client had a prescription for since July 2022.
