Yungeen Ace Arrested On Gun Charges In Jacksonville Florida

Yungeen Ace is currently in Duval County jail Tuesday morning after the rapper was arrested in Jacksonville Beach on a gun possession charge, according to the city’s jail log.

Jacksonville’s jail log obtained by Dreddsworld show that Yungeen Ace, real name Keyanta Bullard, was detained by Jacksonville police around 1:30 am on Monday (April 15).

The Florida rapper was booked into Duval County jail and charged with possession of a firearm, weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. The “Who I Smoke”hitmaker made his first court appearance on Tuesday afternoon around 1:30 pm. and has not yet been released.

While details surrounding his arrest is still unclear, his arrest came a day after he shared on Instagram that his older brother had passed away. “D**n big bro, you really f**ked mama up wit dis,” the rapper wrote on his Instagram Story. “Both my [broken heart emoji] gone.”

Ace previously lost his younger brother Trevon Bullard in 2019. Trevon was killed along with two others in a targeted drive-by shooting in their Jacksonville hometown. Ace himself was also shot eight times at the time but survived.

Yungeen Ace whose Jeep Trackhawk recently caught fire, said he left Jacksonville because of frequent run-ins with police, revealing that he hasn’t performed in Jacksonville in years. “The police won’t let me,” Ace said during a 2021 interview with Houston, Texas radio DJ Ashlee Young of 93.7 The Beat.

“They don’t want me coming out there doing shows.”
Yungeen Ace, according to Jacksonville police, is the leader of a “gang” called ATK, which stands for Ace To Kill. ATK’s biggest rival is KTA led by another Jacksonville rapper, Foolio, real name Charles Jones. KTA stands for Kill Them All.
