Nicki Minaj Brought Drake Out During Her Show In Toronto

It’s no longer news that Nicki Minaj had made history with her “Pink Friday 2” world tour. As we previously reported, it is officially the most successful tour by a female rapper in history, with $34.9 million from 220,000 tickets sold in its first 17 shows.

During her latest stop in Toronto tonight, the Queen of rap brought out none other than her former label mate, bestie and collaborator, Drake.

At the sight of the Canadian superstar, the crowd erupted in cheers. Nicki Minaj and Drizzy went on to perform couple of their songs together. Clips of their performance are now making rounds online, garnering mixed reactions from fans.

“She’s so loyal to him I wish it was the other way around,” someone commented. “Not after all the barbs was just saying she don’t even like drake because he does not support her lol,” another person wrote.

“She’s always loving people who don’t deserve it,” someone else penned. “Aww it’s nice to see them together on stage again,” another user added.

Couple weeks back, Nicki took to her Twitter page some to share some insight about people trying to sabotage her show in Canada.

This incident appears to be connected to the controversy surrounding her husband, Kenneth Petty. Due to his status as a registered sex offender, Petty had to be given permission from a judge to accompany Minaj during the international part of her tour.

After accusing Canadian authorities of intentionally holding her up, Nicki later posted to her Instagram Stories, writing that Toronto’s very own, Drake, helped her out by making “a couple calls.”
