It’s no news that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing multiple sexual assault allegations. The disgraced rapper and business mogul has been a subject of ridicule since different accusations including sex trafficking emerged about him.

However, in a new report reaching us at Dreddsworld, Diddy’s legal team are now looking to dismiss counts in sexual assault lawsuit.

We gathered that the rapper’s legal team have filed a motion to dismiss counts in sexual assault lawsuit, arguing that certain laws didn’t exists in 1991 when the incident allegedly happened.

The update on the ongoing case is now sparking controversy online. “If he’s innocent that wouldn’t matter,” someone commented. “That didn’t matter when they took Bill Cosby down, so u need to come wit a better excuse than that,” another person wrote.

“They don’t care about what laws was on the books back then. They about to break him down, his money, his reputation and I can see him losing his freedom,” someone else added.

As we previously reported, ‘Surviving P Diddy’ documentaries are reportedly in the works. Producers at various production companies in Hollywood and the UK have been scrambling to put together long-form documentary films covering Diddy’s drama — everything from the civil lawsuits to the federal raids.

It’s however unclear if these documentaries will include testimony from alleged witnesses and victims of the disgraced rapper.

As you already know, Diddy’s homes were raided stemming from allegations made in a sex trafficking lawsuit. According to Homeland security officer, the raid was based off concrete allegations collected from victims.
