Nicki Minaj Becomes First Female Rapper To Debut At #1 This Century
Nicki Minaj Achieves Major Milestone With Her Latest #1 Song “Trollz” With 6ix9ine
Nicki Minaj is vividly having a great year and 2020 can be added as one of the best, if not the best of her career so far. Not quite long, she achieved her first ever number one debut with her feature on Doja Cat’s “Say So.”
And Today, the Queen earned her second number one spot alongside Tekashi 6ix9ine with the track “TROLLZ” which was released last week.
Although there were little radio play or playlists placements to help push the track, “Trollz” is officially the number one song in the country. Nicki Minaj and Tekashi 6ix9ine have taken to social media to celebrate their new achievement.

Nicki shared a 25-second clip on Twitter of herself maniacally laughing using the newly launched voice feature.
Tekashi shared a video of himself going wild in celebration. He can be seen in the clip with a bottle of champagne spraying to commemorate the moment, he bragged, “I CAN’T BE STOPPED.”
However, Nicki’s feat is a special one as she’s reportedly done what was last achieved in 1998 by Lauryn Hill.
According to Chart Data on Twitter, she is the first female rapper to debut at the top of the charts in the 21st century. Lauryn Hill was the last female rapper to do this but as we stated, it only occurred back in 1998.
