Fayette County Denies Rick Ross Permit To Host Car & Bike Show
Rick Ross Denied Car & Bike Show Event Permit By Fayette County
The Fayette County Department of Planning and Zoning has denied Rick Ross permit to host his annual car and bike show.
The ruling cited concerns over safety, noise and safety. As it stands, the event has to be relocated or canceled.
An official request to hold the second annual Rick Ross Car and Bike Show on June 3 at the rapper’s estate in Fayetteville was determined not to be in compliance with the county’s zoning ordinance, director L. Bell said.

However, Rozay is not backing down. He has reacted to his permit to hold a car and bike show on his land being denied.
“Breaking news, the Rick Ross Car Show June 3 goes on. It’s a private event on private property with VIPs and you’re invited. Tickets are still available online. It’s going to be a beautiful event. Shoutout to the beautiful city of Fayetteville,” he said on Instagram.
“Any decision to allow the 2022 event to move forward as a conditional use in the A-R Zoning District was made outside of the scope of authority of the then acting Director of Planning & Zoning/ Zoning Administrator,” a document from the Zoning Commission reads.
Earlier this month, Rick Ross’ neighbors decided to boycott his upcoming car show. They claimed it would be too disruptive to their neighborhood.
