19-Year-Old Minnesota Man Arrested For Allegedly Pelting Skittles At Restaurant Patrons
A Minnesota man with a heart-shaped tattoo under his eye was arrested this month for allegedly pelting patrons and servers in a restaurant with Skittles, according to police documents obtained by The Post.
Tristan Stetina, 19, allegedly burst into the business Friday and “began throwing Skittles at employees and customers” — and left the incriminating evidence behind.
An officer “noticed Skittles all over the ground and a bag of Skittles near the garbage,” according to a statement of probable cause by the Mankato Department of Public Safety first reported on by The Smoking Gun.

One victim of the colorful attack reportedly told police she was hit in the back with a skittle that led to “a stinging pain in her back area.” Cops figured out who the suspect was when the victim told them he had a heart-shaped tattoo under his eye and another tattoo on the side of his face, according to the document.
When officers found Stetina at another business and attempted to arrest him outside of it, he allegedly resisted, the police report states.
“As Officers were placing handcuffs on Stetina, he pulled away and attempted to break free from the Officers’ control,” authorities alleged. “Stetina then wrapped his leg around Officer Gilbertson in an attempt to trip him.”
Eventually, the suspect was subdued after three officers took him to the ground. He’s facing charges of misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and resisting police, according to a criminal complaint. He could face more than a year in jail if convicted of the crimes.
