Michael Sterling Pleads Not Guilty To DUI After Crashing His 2011 Ford Mustang Into Another Vehicle

This divorce is uncovering a lot of private matters about Eva Marcille and her Ex, Michael Sterling.

We previously reported that Eva filed for divorce from Michael and it appears she may have had multiple reasons.

According to Radar online, newly released court documents show that Eva had to rush to the scene of a crash last year after Michael was reportedly driving drunk.

Per the report, “he was handcuffed for allegedly reeking of alcohol following a midnight crash on Feb. 4, 2022, in Sandy Springs, Georgia.”

Officers informed Eva when she arrived on the scene that her husband was under arrest.

Mr. Sterling says his eyes were red and glossy due to a medical condition and that his last drink was hours before the crash. However, injured passengers in the other car say his “2011 Ford Mustang” came at them “so fast.”

Mr. Sterling told officers he didn’t know what happened. He claims he hit the vehicle after it merged into his lane. Court records show he plead not guilty.
