Brave 6-Year-Old Miami Girl Fights Off Kidnapper By Biting Him After He Tried To Grab Her

A 6-year-old girl in Miami miraculously managed to fight off a kidnapper, causing him to flee away from her after biting the man.

In an interview obtained by Miami’s WPLG local news station, Lyric, 10, gave viewers details on what occurred the day of the incident.

According to Lyric, the man allegedly approached her and her siblings while they were playing in the courtyard of their apartment complex.

Lyric says the man then reportedly grabbed her, which led her to begin screaming. Upon Lyric screaming, the man reportedly started hitting her in her face and knocking her on the ground.

This is where Lyric says she bit the man, causing him to flee from the scene. “I bit him. He picked me up and then slapped me,” Lyric said.

“Then he threw me on the floor and started running”.

Police arrested a man by the name Leonardo Venegas 2 days later, who was charged with kidnapping and child abuse.
