NBA Youngboy has now lost his appeal and now the Feds can use the video of him with guns at trial. He can either appeal the decision to the Supreme Court, take a plea or take it to trial.
Previously, some video clip evidences were ruled ineligible though, in favor of Youngboy. The video evidence is said to be evidence on SB memory cards, which were improperly seized by Baton Rouge police outside of Youngboy’s grandfather’s home.
A valid warrant was presented at the time of Youngboy’s arrest, in Baton Rouge. An officer at the scene also claimed that Youngboy was brandishing a weapon at his video shoot. A 9/11 caller was who provided that information to the officer.
In September of 2020, he was arrested on drug and weapon possession charges along with 15 others. The police were called to an abandoned property on Chippewa Street after people reported a large group of individuals brandishing firearms while shooting a video.
